miss anything and you let us know within 24 hours, we’ll come straight back
to fix it.

Hotel-style cleaning service

We bring a hotel standard to our cleaning services, so we give our cleaners
the time they need to clean thoroughly. Your cleaner won’t miss things
because she’s rushing to clean your home in order to get to another cleaning
job.

We clean for NDIS clients who self-manage or who have plan managers. We will soon update our provider number .

If you have a plan manager, we’ll invoice your plan manager for payment.

If you self-manage, we’ll invoice you for payment directly, using our simple and secure online payment system.

1. Is SOAP a registered NDIS provider?

We are in the process of becoming a registered NDIS provider. We will soon update our provider number here.

2. I’m an NDIS participant. How do I arrange for SOAP to be my cleaner?

Please book a quote . We’ll then arrange to visit your home to discuss your needs and give you an obligation-free quote. For general enquiries, please contact us .

3. Do I need to sign a contract for cleaning?

We don’t lock our clients into a fixed term; however, we do have an agreement. If you decide to choose SOAP, we’ll provide you with a Cleaning Services Agreement to sign. This agreement covers such areas as the services we will provide, payment terms, rescheduling, and materials to be used.

4. How do I pay for my clean?

If you have a plan manager, we’ll invoice your plan manager for payment. If you self-manage, we’ll invoice you for payment directly, using our simple and secure online payment system.

5. What hours do your cleaners work?

Our operating hours are 8 am to 4 pm for our regular house cleaning
services. If you need cleaning outside of these hours, please let us know. We’ll
try to accommodate your request.

6. Will my cleaner bring cleaning products and equipment?

Please note that for reasons of hygiene, we don’t provide cleaning materials
for residential services. We’ll use your cleaning equipment and materials
(including your mop, bucket, and vacuum cleaner).
We’ll provide you with a list of our preferred eco-friendly products should
you wish to purchase them. We’re happy to use the products you have at
home if they are similar to the products on our list.

7. Will I have the same cleaner each time?

Yes. Our cleaners are employees (not contractors), so we’ll arrange for the
same cleaner to clean each time.

8. Do you guarantee your cleans?

Yes, we do. If we miss anything and you let us know within 24 hours, we’ll
come straight back to fix it.
