COVID-19 demands a different kind of clean, and we’re ready, prepared and up to the task.

Since the beginning of the pandemic we’ve been following the science, we’ve learned a lot and we’ve developed a system to keep your home, or office as clean as possible, to keep you safe during COVID.

Home Sanitisation

As soon as we arrive, you can self-isolate in a room until we’ve finished, if you like.
Then we’ll let you know, wait outside your front door as you move to another room,
then return to finish the job.

Office Sanitisation

We’re developing a tailored approach for all of our Commercial clients, where the practicalities are a little more restrictive. However we ask you to open as many doors and windows as possible before we arrive. This helps circulate the air, and is part of the Department of Health Guidelines. Regardless, our cleaners will open doors and windows for the duration of their work.

Soap, Water & Gloves

We’ll wash our hands for 20 seconds as soon as we arrive, and as soon as we leave
your property. And we’ll complete our duties wearing disposable gloves, as always.

Hospital grade disinfectant

Before the pandemic we only used environmentally friendly, natural cleaning products.
For now, however, we use hospital grade disinfectant – Viraclean – that has been certified to inactivate the virus.

Extra care over high-contact touch points

We’re taking extra care sanitizing commonly touched areas,and we always
observe a ten minute dwell time, to let the disinfectant work, before wiping off.


If anyone in your family, or office is unwell, please let us know in advance and we can discuss the most appropriate response.

We’re proud to have achieved this recognition, only given to GBAC-trained professionals who demonstrate competence, and commitment to standards of excellence and continuous learning.

Completed GBAC Fundamental Training Course, with emphasis on COVID 19.

Completed by all of our cleaners since the beginning of the pandemic.

We’re proudly Certified Microbal Warriors, awarded bythe Global Biorisk Advisory Council.

Biohazard Preparation & Recovery Certified

We’re also certified in preparation for, response to and recovery from biohazards in the workplace. This included acquiring new skills to understand and protect you from infection and contamination, and control measures for infectious disease outbreak situations such as the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). Certified by the GBAC.

We are also certified by the Cleaning Management Institute.

We’re also accredited by ARSCI (part of the international standards body ISSA) which confirms our expertise in effectively managing cleaning, green cleaning, sustainability, and protecting human health.
